Air Fryer Bagel Pizzas are quick, easy, and incredibly tasty. These crispy bagel bases are topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings, all cooked to perfection in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a snack or a meal, they offer a customizable way to enjoy a pizza without the wait!

Ingredients

  • 2 standard bagels, or 4 mini bagels
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F (180°C).
  2. Brush the cut sides of the bagels with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.
  3. Place the bagel halves in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 3 minutes, or until golden.
  4. Remove the bagels from the air fryer and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each half.
  5. Top the bagels with shredded mozzarella cheese and any other toppings you desire.
  6. Return the bagel pizzas to the air fryer and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To prevent soggy bagels, make sure to toast them before adding the toppings.
  • Adjust the cooking time if you want your cheese less golden or more crispy.
  • Feel free to customize your toppings based on your preferences, such as pepperoni, sausage, or vegetables.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days, and reheat in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 370°F.
