Air Fryer Taco Bombs are crispy on the outside with a savory, gooey cheese center, making them the perfect fun and quick meal or snack for taco lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated canned biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat of choice)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 24 cubes cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef on medium-high heat, adding taco seasoning and cooking until browned.
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Lightly roll each biscuit flat.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of cooked taco meat onto each biscuit, then place a cube of cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Fold the dough up over the meat and cheese, pinching the edges to seal it tightly.
  5. Place the taco bombs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying the basket with non-stick cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  6. Air fry at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, or your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

  • If you have trouble sealing the dough, lightly brush the edges with water or egg wash to ensure they stay closed during cooking.
  • Shredded cheese can also be used, but cubed cheese works best to avoid leakage during cooking.
  • To achieve a golden brown crust, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter before air frying.
  • If you’re using a different air fryer model, you may need to adjust the cooking time by 1-2 minutes based on its size and wattage.
