Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound white chocolate almond bark
  • 1 pound chocolate almond bark
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups salted peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Break the almond bark into pieces and place them in the crock pot.
  2. Add salted peanuts and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the peanut butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir well and continue cooking for another 15–30 minutes, until everything is melted and well-combined.
  5. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Spoon the melted mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Immediately sprinkle with holiday sprinkles if desired.
  7. Allow the candy to set at room temperature, or place it in the fridge for quicker hardening.
  8. Once hardened, store the candy in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Placing a towel under the crock pot lid helps avoid condensation.
  • If you prefer a quicker setting, refrigerate the candy for faster hardening.
  • To freeze, flash freeze the candy on a baking sheet for 15-30 minutes, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to two months.
