Creamy Tuscan Dip is a warm, cheesy appetizer loaded with garlic, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes—perfect for parties and beginner cooks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 1-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth using a hand mixer or spoon.
  3. Add garlic, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and heated through.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving with bread, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

  • Make ahead by assembling the dip and refrigerating until ready to bake.
  • Frozen spinach should be fully thawed and squeezed dry to avoid a watery dip.
  • Use roasted red peppers if you don’t have sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Reheat leftovers in the microwave or oven until warm and bubbly.
